The Bergen County Boys Soccer Coaches Association (BCBSCA) was formed on the back of napkins 20 years ago at a NSCAA coaching convention. The Association was born out of the ideas and hard work of founding members Bill Jaeger, Chris Schmid, Roy Nygren, and Evan Baumgarten.
Today, the BCBSCA is the organization that promotes participation, education, and leadership in High School Boys Soccer in Bergen County, NJ. We have over 90% of County’s schools participating on an annual basis which allows the association to have a far reaching impact on High School soccer throughout Bergen County.

As an Association we liaise with the Bergen County Referees, the BCCA, and the NJISAA to ensure that we make High School Boys soccer a great experience for all involved!
